As an independent or team player, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and become a licensed real estate professional. You will be responsible for executing a lead generation plan weekly, holding two open houses monthly, converting prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments, participating in weekly broker tours, consulting with sellers and buyers, negotiating offers, and providing exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.

We are looking for intrinsically motivated sales professionals who are competitive, excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, identifying solutions, and overcoming objections. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills, be learning-based, growth-minded, organized, and have excellent time management skills.

We offer a competitive compensation package of $75,000 +++ DOE, with a salary range of $110,769.01 - $131,864.06 per year. This is a full-time or part-time position with a self-determined schedule and weekend availability. A Real Estate License is preferred.
